This the class will help you understand your birth options and rights. Learn about - pregnancy & labor, comfort techniques, medical procedures, newborn & postpartum care and the importance of breastfeeding. ***************** Participants who complete all scheduled sessions will qualify for a free car seat, safe sleep kit (pack-n-play) and a baby crib mattress.
