The Raeford/Hoke County Emergency Communications Center is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for all emergency calls in the City of Raeford and Hoke County.  The Communications Center is a centralized communications facility that utilizes an enhanced 911 (E-911) system that is wireless Phase II compliant.  The Communications Center is staffed 24 hours per day.

We provide Emergency Communications for the Raeford Police Department, Hoke County Sheriff’s Department, Hoke County Fire Departments, AMR-EMS, the Hoke County Rescue Squad, and Hoke County Emergency Management.  We serve as the County Warning Point for Emergency Management and monitor the National Warning System (NAWAS) radio.

We serve as an after hours point of contact for Raeford Public Works and Hoke County Utilities.  We maintain notification lists for Public Safety, Criminal Justice, and Public Service agencies in Hoke County.

We also maintain contact lists for businesses in the event of an after-hours incident.  We encourage business owners to complete this form and fax or mail it to the Communications Center.

Our administrative line is (910) 875-2135 and our fax number is (910) 875-1413.  Our mailing address is Hoke County Emergency Communications, P.O. Box 176, Raeford, NC 28376.
