Hoke County
Senior Services
Senior Services of Hoke County is a non-profit county agency
created to address the unique needs and concerns of the senior
population and their care-givers within the county. Through
advocacy, coordination with other human agencies and the
provision a variety of home and community-based services, Senior
Services of Hoke County helps older adults maintain healthy,
active lives and remain independent in their own homes as long
as possible. Services provided include:

Medical and
general transportation,

Nutrition
programs; including senior lunch sites and home-delivered
meals,

In-Home Aide,
both home management and personal care,

Information/Referral/Case Assistance, and
-
Home Repair &
Improvement.
SHIIP
(Senior Health Insurance Information Program) assist seniors
with their Medicare Part D enrollment and other Medicare
Information.
MAP
(Medication Assistance Program) assists uninsured with
medications.
Ensure
- sold primarily on Wednesday, 8am-11am and 2pm -4:45pm
Arts
and Crafts
Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Senior Room 12pm -2pm.
Computer Classes -
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week, Sandhills C.C. 8:30am -
10:30am

Office is located at 423 E. Central Ave. in Raeford, NC. The hours of operation are from 8:00AM
to 5:00PM, Monday thru Friday.
