WHY WE HAVE A SHELTER?The reason for an animal
shelter in Hoke County is for many reasons such as owners
who let their dogs roam free, fail to observe laws and
ordinances, and also those that allow their pets to have
unwanted litters.WHAT DO
WE DO?The Hoke County Animal
Shelter and its staff are dedicated to the care and welfare
of each and every animal that enters our premises. We do
everything in our power to find the owner of a stray or to
find a new loving and caring home for the animals. If such
an option is not available our last resort is to euthanize
the animal.
